  1. Thanks very much for your answer!

It is in the section "experimental" so I understand that it is what it is. So no "bug".

Do you by any chance know of a program that could have the same effect of "make printable" on an stl-file? (not this one) I work with a lot of scanned models that could be printed much easier that way. And then also usable with SLA/DLP type printers.

  2. Hello,

I have a 5 nozzel printer here, RoVa3D from ORD Solutions to be exact, and I have some problems getting all of the nozzels to work in one print. Before I started using Cura I used Slic3r + Pronterface, in Slic3r I was able to make 5 colour prints but in Cura it seems to crash right as I load in the fifth part of the print. The maximum amount of nozzels I got to work and print perfectly are 4. The reason I started to use Cura is because of it's quality, I never got a nice looking print from Slic3r.

I was wondering if anyone knows a way to work around this issue, I am probably not going to use the fifth nozzel too much but it would be great if I got it to work.

    Kind regards,

  3. Hello Daid and CreativeWolf,

I also have the same printer as CreativeWolf, the RoVa3D with 5 nozzels. I have been trying to optimize the printer and a couple days ago I resigned to Cura instead of Slic3r + pronterface. In the newest version of Cura, 15.04.4, I can select that my printer has 5 nozzels, but as soon as I try to do that Cura feezes. The max amount of nozzels I can get to work are 4 and that works without a problem.

Do you know if there is a way to get all the 5 nozzels to work?

    Kind regards,

    Roman van der Rijt
