Monitor

So the filament broke in pieces in the tube, and in my efforts to clear it, I broke the head and some plastic parts. I am obviously an idiot and very upset at myself. sigh. (I was working on a project with my son who has been waiting to print for weeks!) I looked for support/resellers in the US, and there are none. Any suggestions on where to go to get help in person? arg!!!!!
