Hi, maybe you have heard of SilentStepSticks. These are extreme silent stepper drivers. There is a Thread about them here, but i want to discuss something specially on the Ultimaker2. I want wo have my Ultimaker2 with these drivers. I need it with these drivers. Becouse of reasons! And wife... Easiest and most safe way would be to exchange the PCB with a cheap "ramps" PCB. I looked at all the source code stuff of Marlin vs Marlin2Ultimaker, and i am not sure if it will work. Maybe best idea is to Change the Marlin2Ultimaker version to get it running on Ramps. So the Display will still work and everything will feel the same. Maybe it is possible to drive steppers parallel? This would be the the other way. Solder the few conenctions (DIR / STEP?) onto PCB and stepper and provide addition voltage. Is this possible? i am open for all types of idea Greetings Max
