Hi SandervG Basically, it reboots hisself. So black screen lights go out and then it reboots hisself back on.

Hello, My Ultimaker 2's nozzle was clogged and I had top open it and clean it, but before this I also had the crash. When I cleaned it I put it all back together and started it up. Once started up I went to Material and then change. As soon as I hit that, the printer fails and crashes. So I was dumb enough to do a Factory Reset. So now evreytime I am at message 11/21 It chrashes and shuts itself off. the message 11/21: "Now that we leveled the buildplate the next step is to insert material." As I press Continue it crashes.
