Please help to advise what happen to my Ultimaker 2, it start to have following problems from last week, but not every print occurred, please help to advise me solution, thanks. Finally, I changed the feeder motor, and it works right now, thanks~

Could anyone tell me where to buy a feeder motor for UM2 in Hong Kong? Or could I buy it from Ultimaker site? Thanks a lot!

Thanks a lot, I installed the latest Ultimaker 2 firmware and did the factory reset, but the motor still not work well, if the motor broken, what should I do then? Should I fix the motor on my own?

Owen, thanks for your reply, yes I reassembled the feeder before, and I am sure it at correct direction, since it worked appropriate for quite long time, before the above problem happened.

Hi all, The feeder motor of my UM2 not spin well, first of all, it seems cannot move well, then it spins wrong direction when remove and insert material. Following is the veido for your reference: When remove material, motor spin clockwise, then I pushed insert material button, it spins anti clockwise. This printer not connect with PC, we print file only via SD card, I am not sure if SD card affect the firmware or not.

Thanks for your reply, but I did not install new firmware recently, all prints only save in SD card and printer is not connect to PC, so SD card will install new firmware automatically? is there anything that affect the feeder as well?

So feeder is now only turn anti clockwise, please help~ We actually print successfully last Saturday, but suddenly happen this problem this morning.

Hi all, I have same problem for my ultimaker 2, what should I do for this? the feeder only turn clockwise both when removing and input material, does anyone know what happen to my printer? Thanks a lot.
