Extruder needing higher temperature to print PLA - UM2

I have read many posted above and wonder what I have done. My printing speed is over 90 mm/s may be 110 mm/s and the temperature is 190-198 C. The result is rarely skip or under extrusion.... my house is near a warm zone. I use Cura 15.04.2
