I'm using a ultimaker 2 and ultimaker pla. I've tried slowing it down a bit but nothing changed, haven't tried adjusting the temp yet. I'm using the preconfigured normal quality printing from cura, How should I alter the temp and the speed?

The printer starts printing the first layer pretty smoothly but as it moves to the second layer it already starts to come out scratchy and the solid layers are totally messed up. As you can see in the picture the first layer looks completely normal but the second one is very scratchy. Has any one had this problem? Any idea how I can fix this? Thank you in advance.

The last layer on my prints keeps getting this weird texture, can someone help me fix this please?

So I didn't use my UM2 for some weeks and when I used it after a while the prints weren't the same. The corners are printing so well. This is happening: Do you guys know what's wrong?
