Pennyworth

The model I printed needed to be set at a 45 degree angle on the bed of my printer to fit on the bed as the model is about 200mm including the brim. Everything ran OK with Cura and I was provided with a file for the SD card. I ran the gcode and I noticed that the model sides were at 45 degrees to the bed BUT the infill was offset by about 2.5mm in 50mm so it is not running in the same 45 degree offset that applied to the model. The brim was set correctly BUT the base layer of the model was printed at this offset and I was wondering if there is a problem or is it some setting I have failed to set / alter correctly. I have taken some photos if someone needs more information but I can't see how to upload them at the moment. Pennyworth.
