  1. UM2 panels are milled. DXF files usually don't work for milling, you need a STEP or IGES file for that. DXF files for the UM original are here link
  2. I've bought pulleys from RobotDigg before and they were good quality. I believe they produce them themselves. Of cource you could buy pulleys from SKF or other big brands but they are far more expensive and they dont have the double GT2 20 pulley.
  3. The length of the rods doesn't really matter. They can easily vary 1mm in length. The important thing is the diameter. It should be between 6H6-9.
  4. 6H7 tolerance is good enough. Make sure the rods are hardened and smoothed. I guess they probably are.
  5. Not being rude, but I think the models you can buy (as of right now) in this program are quite expensive. Is this meant to be like a sort of marketplace where designers can sell their designs?
  6. If you set Cura to RepRap (Marlin/Sprinter) it should generally work. Make sure it uses something like this as the start gcode: Alternatively you can also add this to the beginning of your .gcode file. If you are using Cura 2.1, check your machine's .json file found in "C:\Program Files\Cura 2.1\resources\machines". Hope this helps.
  7. You can download the files from the Ultimaker Github (link). However, the acrylic side panels of the Ultimaker 2 can't be cut. They need to be milled.
