Very interesting and thorough review! We also recently tested the U2+ following our independent testing protocol. Overall, our conclusion is it's a great desktop printer! We experienced some issues with Cura but it was due to an older version we were using, once we updated it was much better. We gave it a 4.1/5 rating.
