With more experimentation, I have found that the software will save a profile and the settings can be viewed when you manage profiles... but when you select a given profile, the software always loads the current settings profile, never the profile you select.

When I save a profile in Cura it does not save the flow percentage. Obviously I don't want to have to remember to enter that every time I use a printer. How do I change this value permanently. It is not a value in the json file. So where do I make that adjustment? On further examination, it also changes the retraction values.
