I had the same problem and the reply of mnis, Markus proved very useful. However, the problem proved to be a small string of filament which was in the back of SD-card holder. I was able to remove this with a needle. So in the end I wouldnt have needed to open up my machine. Would be a good thing to check if you ever find yourself in a similar situation. Jeroen
