  1. OHHHH I did'nt see that! One time I was just looking into the custom profiles into cura, but I then went back to Recommended but the options in the custom menu stays!! Did not know that! Thanks for the reply, it explains why my print was not really good. Not really logic for me this menu, if you go to recommended , it shoud put the values in default mode!
  2. Hello, I am having a issue every time I print. I launch the print, and the printer stays stuck at the heating bed procedure. When I go in the menu Tune, I can see that the bed is stuck between 108-109°C , instead of 110°C. Even if a leave for more than one hour, the only way I have found is to manually set the ref of the heating bed to 109°C then the printer goes to the next step of heating the head etc... and print correctly. Thanks for the help PS: Printer with latest firmware, print sent by ethernet.
  3. Thank you for your consideration! Do you guys have a date for the release of the Advance printing kit for UM3E?
  4. Not really, it says compatible CPE, Like it is described in the material page, it seems to be just a variant of CPE. So it is not specified that CPE+ is NOT supported. It doesn't say anything about CPE+. Really confusing. As an engineer , we specify when a material is not supported so the user don't have to guess if CPE is different of CPE+ when printing. It's like I would say: I like tomatoes , and you give me a small tomato, I say sorry , but I don't like small tomatoes! But in this case my tomato cost me 60€...
  5. Has been 1 week since I got the filament installed in the printer (since I got it). It seems to print correctly, it is just the noise that is weird, like if the filament was really hard. Should the PVA be as soft as the PLA when I feel the filament? It seems really to bend.
  6. Hello everyone, Just got ma new UM3E, printed a few things with no problem with PLA. And no problems with loading or unloading. But when I load the PVA into the feeder on the back, and the feeder goes in full speed to load, and it makes A LOT of noise (like cracking), I tried with PLA had no problem. Do you guys had the same thing? Is it normal?
  7. Thank you for your answer. But this is not cool. I read the datasheet for CPE+ before buying it, there is no mentioning of that. So I was just supposed to know?
  8. Hello, I Just got ma new UM3E ! Printed a few things with PLA with no problems, Then i changed the filament to CPE+(official) (By the way, no NFC... Not mentionned when I bought on igo3d...) But then I tried to find the profile, and there is none for CPE+! Not cool for an original ultimaker filament. Do I have to create mine?
  9. Is it possible to read how many hours were used used in a core? So it could be easy to track which one is the most used?
  10. Looking at the specs, the Ultimaker 3 comes with 2 x AA cores and 1 x BB core, so two colours is possible straight out of the box Nice thanks! But then I would I need more cores? Is there a risk that it might have a failure with no repair?
  11. To get back on the subject, what do I need to print in 2 colors (same material)? Do I need 2 AA print heads? So straight from the box 2 colors isn't possible?
