I browsed the forum a bit trying to find out whether it is possible to account for a time delay in extrusion.
This is different from just retracting / priming the filament by some mm as time delay compensation accounts for viscosity-defined time delays and those due to compression/relaxation of the filament in the bowden extruders.
It would be nice to set two delay times
1.) Advanced start (start / prime the extruder stepper XX milliseconds before actually required)
2.) Advanced stop (stop / retract the extruder stepper YY milliseconds before actually required)
Is this currently possible? Would this be a feature to implement in Cura?
Thanks for your feedback.
