  1. Howdy! I've been trying to merge two stl files imported into Cura into a single multi-material part. The 2 stl files are split bodies from a single multi-body part designed in Solidworks. From what I've read in many many posts, Cura should be aligning the origins of these two bodies (and because they are from the same part, the origins should be the same). However, I find that after merging there is a slight (~1mm) offset in a couple planes when merged. The one way they seem to align properly is if I select "Do not translate STL output data to a positive space" option when exporting the STLs (see attached image). Was just wondering if anyone else has tips/tricks for ensuring your part origins align? Thanks!
  2. Hello! Just received our UM3+ and were wondering, does the printer know if it has run out of a filament on a spool? And if not, is there a method anyone's tried for hot-swapping spools mid print? Thanks!
