Thanks for the answer but in my case the printer is stuck to the booting procedure I guess.. After one hour or more it is still at the point of showing the logo.

When I switch on the printer from the button on the rear side, the printer switches on suddenly but then it cannot go on and it remains stuck forever. I can hear the fans on for a second but then the printer shows the logo Ultimaker on the screen and it stays like this forever. It seems to me like a booting problem of the software. Can I follow a reset procedure from outside? What do you suggest?
