Hi all, Has anyone encountered the problem of a jammed printcore? In using my UM3, the AA nozzel became unusable strikingly fast. After about 25 prints (~70 hours of printing) the printcore was completely fried. But now as I'm trying to remove it, the darn thing seems completely jammed. I've properly cleared the core and have retracted the material several inches, but I just can't get it to wiggle. Any help would be hugely appreciated! Thank you

Does the same apply for the Ultimaker 3? Can the printer use non-UM materials? Thank you!
