Hi, I am unable to detect my 101 hero pylon 3D printer in Cura. I have downloaded their drivers, imported their profile and I hear a pling sound as if an USB device is connected when I connect the printer to my Windows 10 PC. It sais "Not connected to a printer" in Cura.
