One fan cable on my Ultimaker 2+ is broken. Where can I get a spare fan?

I have issues while trying to install cura on my laptop. On my other pc it works. When I run cura for the first time and I choose my printer the software Stopps running. I reinstalled it on 2 windows 7 laptops but it doesn't work. As I said it works on my windows 10 pc. Its version 2.3.1 of cura
