Hello Ultimaker community, In the middle of a print, my ultimaker 3 has started to air-print. When I checked what was wrong, I saw that the material was being grinded and a dollop of plastic was stuck to the tip of the printcore. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to fix this? Thanks, cmssss

Thanks. Do you know how I could get the dried plastic off of the nozzle?

Hello Ultimaker community, I am a new Ultimaker user, and my ultimaker 3, when printing, gets all it's filament stuck to it's nozzle. This kept happening until the filament evetually cooled onto the nozzle and got stuck. My ultimaker 3 currently has same plastic stuck to it's tip that I think can only be melted off.
