  1. I am a student at Lakeside High School in the school's engineering class. We have two Ultimaker 2, one of them being an Ultimaker 2+. We have been having the same problem on both of them for a few months now. I have been troubleshooting both of them, including cleaning them, changing filaments, looking up answers, etc., but the problems still continue; the feeder begins to click, and the nozzle becomes clogged extremely easily. On the regular Ultimaker 2, I discovered the ptfe coupler near the nozzle had become corroded and could possibly be the reason it was still clogging. I have not tried the printer since discovering this. However, the Ultimaker 2+ has a perfectly fine ptfe, but is still grinding on the filament. I have manually run filament through to clean the nozzle and have never had a clogging problem. However, when I use the feeder, it makes clicking noises and grinds the filament, stopping the flow to the nozzle and causing some clogging issues there on every print. Any answers or tips would be amazing, especially since these 3D printers are needed in my engineering class as soon as possible. Thank you!
