Hi, We've just bought and received an Ultimaker 3 Extended. Out of the box we tried to make a calibration XY offset. The first steps of the setup are almost ok, we are able to load one material, the second nfc is not detected but we manually override it. When we try to calibrate the printer shut off and reboot! It happens the same when we launch a print! For a box a 4000€ printer! :( Where could the problem come from?? Thank you for you answer
