Hi everyone! Our UMS5 had a little accident and ruined the AA core. Do you think it is repairable? Is it worthy? Assuming it can be eventually cleaned and works, will it be reliable? thanks in advance!

via "Dump logs to USB" , I changed their file extensions from GZ to LOG

Hi everyone! I could not upgrade the firmware yet. But here are the logs in case anyone can help me figuring out what´s wrong. Filenames have the extension ".gz" but I have to change them to ".log" to upload them here. Thank you, but it is still under warranty. I think I will send it to the retailer to get it fixed.

I already tried the latest version as well as other ones, no firmware seems to work.

Is it possible to reset to *actual* factory settings? I did it but the newest firmware remained....

There is no wifi connection available, everything must be done by USB. I can try dumping the logs to a USB, but I have no idea how to interpret them.....

I turned it off and it was ok. It retained the older version of the firmware 3.7.x But I cannot upload any new firmware, neither the newest nor older versions. I already contacted the reseller but still no response....

Hi there! I'm using Cura for a Kossel Mini (Marlin) and I was looking for a Z-offset value. I use it to adjust really small values (0.2 to 0.5mm) depending on changes in the nozzle or whether I use painters tape or not. I tried to search for it on 'Machine settings' or the 'Custom print setup' without success. Does it exist at all or should I look for a workaround? Thanks in advance! f
