Dear Ultimaker people, Hi I am very interested in buying the Ultimaker Original + but I do not know how I can get it to Malta since there are no re-sellers yet in Malta. Do you not ship your kits directly yourselves? If so How much would the shipping cost? Thank you, Matthew Vassallo
