  1. We had a pretty big print failure here today and wound up getting a bunch of material behind the Material 1 core (AA). After we raised the temp of the print core and scraped out all the material (had to replace the print core since the wires of the print core got all gunked up and pulled out of their sockets on the way out). Got the print core in, loaded it up with material and everything worked fine. Until I went to close the enclosure. Wouldn't close. Magnets don't get close enough to make contact. After a lot of examination as to why this was happening (we couldn't see anything), we noticed the print core hotends weren't fitting correctly into the little rubber positioning inserts under the print cores. The rubber there actually seems to have warped. I am theorizing this was from the mass of material that got caught up in there. Any suggestions as to what I can do to fix this? Ive tried a bunch of different ways to get that rubber to fit as it does on our other UM3s but I just can't seem to get it right. seems like the rubber has become deformed. Do I even need that rubber there? Can I just take it out? TIA
