    Got the Cura version wrong. I'm also using Cura 2.5.0 on arch linux. When booting Ubuntu 17.04 on the same computer, the layer mode view works fine on Cura 2.5.0.

    I get the same odd behavior when using the layer view mode. I'm using Cura 2.4 in Arch Linux. KDE desktop environment. My computer is using an Intel Haswell GPU.
