  1. I have our Ultimaker 3 setup to do automatic bed leveling as often as possible, and occasionally do a manual levelling, but for larger parts there seems to be a significant height difference in printing the first layer, especially from front to back. This is significant enough to create problems with bed adhesion. I am mostly printing with ASA for outdoor applications, and it benefits from a high bed temperature. I am running at 105C for the bed, which is the highest I seem to be able to achieve reliably. It appears to me that the automatic bed leveling happens after the nozzle has warmed up, but does not wait for the bed to warm up. I wonder if the bed shifts a little as it heats, especially at 105C. I've tried using preheat before starting the print- I think it is helping, but I haven't printed a large part since I started doing it. Is there any good reason why the bed leveling is done before heating the bed? Is it a reasonable hypothesis that the bed temperature could affect the leveling? Anyone observe similar effects? thanks!
  2. I looked at fbrc8, didn't see the adhesion sheets there. Any one else have any luck sourcing the adhesion sheets in the U.S., without having to buy the whole Advanced Printing Kit?
  3. I'm using an Ultimaker 3 Extended, and want to use the adhesion sheets for advanced materials. So far as I can tell, the Advanced Material Printing kit is not yet available for Ultimaker 3 parts, and the main thing I need now is just the sheets anyway. I see from another thread that the adhesion sheets are polyester laser printer sheets from Avery- http://www.avery.ae/product/L7567-25?language_id=13 I'd be happy to buy some of these from Amazon or an office supply site, but this particular product appears to be aimed only at markets outside the U.S. (I think this is A4 size?) Does anyone know a convenient place to buy these or an equivalent for a reasonable price from a U.S. based retailer? I found this offering, which appears to an Ultimaker Product: http://www.3d-printer.com/store/p88/Ultimaker_Adhesion_Sheets.html Is this an official Ultimaker product, and do others recommend this retailer? I found this Avery product which is similar, but I'm not sure if it's the same, and I haven't found it on a U.S. based site yet: http://www.avery.com/avery/en_us/Products/Labels/Shipping-Labels/Clear-Shipping-Labels_15665.htm Any other tips on these? Thanks!
