[How do I know what is the current firmware version? Ultimaker 2+]

I can't find the current version listed anywhere. I just downloaded Cura 3.0.4 and when I tried to update the firmware on my Ultimaker 2+, I got halfway through and then said it has a connection problem. Firmware is listed as 2.6.2. Is this the latest? BTW the connection problem happens EVERY TIME. Help please.

[Ultimaker Original Plus randomly moves print]

I have the same problem with an interesting twist. I do gang printing of a small object. When I print 18 up "One at a Time" it prints perfectly. When I print 66 up "All at Once" It prints the second layer a negative value (the same every time) on the Y axis.

This seems like a slicing (software) issue and not a hardware issue. Any suggestions?
