We have had a slight fail with our UM3E we came in to find it bathing itself in a giant ball of PLA. After having spent some time cleaning all the mess off it the culprit looks to be a seized Y axis linear bearing, after some working and oiling we managed to get it moving again but it's really not happy. Where do we get spares from for this machine? It is only a few months old and has been very reliable up to now, it's in daily use and I don't want to have to send it away for weeks to be repaired.
