hmmm ... either my faith in my ability was too strong, or it is not because of the missing path... Can the reason be that the daili builds is started not with the command "freecad" but with "freecad-daily"???

I am using the FreeCAD PPA, but the daily builds... Well, I believe it would not be too difficult to add the binary directory, if I would know where to find the $PATH environment variable...

I'm sorry, yes, I'm using Linux. And I don't know if the bugfix works, because I have not installed FreeCAD-stable only for the plugin. This is not an acceptable solution for me (I am a morbid perfectionist...).

I'm working with FreeCAD-dailybuilds. Is there another possibility to get working the plugin than installing the stable version of FreeCAD?

Zur Adhäsion: bist du dir sicher, dass die fehlende Adhäsion die Ursache war? In einem anderen Thread wird grad diskutiert, dass diese Abdeckung nicht gut genug hält und während dem Drucken aufgeht. Die reisst dir in dem Fall dann deinen Druck von der Platte.

I personally would try it with a silver-soldered joint. But you need to have high temperature soldering equipment (flame soldering).

Tönt für mich sehr komisch, jedenfalls so, dass ich nicht nen eindeutigen Verdächtigen hab. Naja, bin bisher auch von den meisten Problemen verschohnt geblieben. Trotzdem taucht in meinem Hinterkopf bei deiner Problembeschreibung ein Verdacht auf. Dieser beruht allerdings überhaupt nicht auf Erfahrungen mit 3D-Druckern aber auf solchen von anderen Elektrogeräten: ich würde mal das Netzteil unter die Lupe nehmen. Aber wie gesagt, ev. ist das auch eine völlig falsche Spur...

I made some improvements for my self adjusting filament guide: - The version 2 (the white parts on the pictures) can now catch and release the filament without pulling it back. - Thanks to a snap connection between the holder and the sphere no glue is required anymore.
