Our Ultimaker 3 was working great via wifi but I had to change to a different wifi network. Now I can't get it to connect. First, on the settings page, there is a square with an X inside for Ethernet but a no X for WiFi. Should this be checked? I have tried it checked and not checked with the same results. I am able to start a wifi hotspot on the printer. I can connect to it with both a smartphone and laptop. It then tells me to pick select a wifi and I use a manual one as ours does not transmit the ssid. Here it says it is connected but the screen never advances on the printer. It is stuck and the only option I have is to cancel. When I check the settings on the printer, the network name etc is as entered from the laptop but no connection. Any thoughts?

Do I need to load both material if I am only printing with one?

I am printing 6 copies of an item. I noticed that 2 of the items somehow got messed up mid print. I thought I could snip the problem strand off but of course both items moved from the base. Can I somehow delete the last 2 items but continue the print on the first 6? Just waiting to see what happens when it goes to print on those 2 items that are missing now.. disaster awaits I am sure..

Is it supposed to snap in somehow? It just appears to hand on the other holder. It looks like it should click in someplace but I can't seem to figure it out.
