I tried even with no filament inside the extruder and the result is the same, when it goes over the 2/3 of the plate, the gear clicks up and down... I don't think the nozzle is clogged because when i push the filament inside it goes off easily...

Hi there, I'm quite a noob in 3D prints. I have the Prusa I3 printer since 6 months and I made some pretty stuffs with it. I was really happy about it but since today, my printer refuse to extrudes once the extruder pass around 2/3 of the X axis (is that understandable?). I tried to print a little piece in the left part of the plate, and no problem with that, but as soon as it is after the 2/3: i'm screwed. I spent a lot of time, trying to get a better bed leveling, and then i try to print with the fan and the heat dissipator of the extruder not mounted, to see how the gears working evolve when it pasts the 2/3 of the X: After the deadline, the gear start clicking up and down, and doesn't stop until the extruder is back in the "good" zone... I tried to switch the motor with the one of the x axis, and the result is exactly the same... I'm quite lost right now... Does anyone here have an idea please?
