Hello there, It appears that my 3D printer (DIY kit) is trying to print from too high on the Z axis, so the filiment cools or twists before it reaches the bed, it appears to be 2-4 cm above the bed. I'm a complete newbie to all of this, all I can do myself currently is upload new firmware to the printer, view the start and end g-code files, and send commands to the printer, that's it. Could someone give me a fix or tell me how to add a offset simply please? I have looked at other posts and they dont seem to work. Extra information: It is using an auto leveling IR device.
