Just got the Ultimaker 3 today. I have cleaned the nozzles, build plate etc as some forms suggest. I have done a factory reset and ran through that 2 times. Also I calibrated the Z axis. When I try to Systems, Build Plate, Active Leveling - It says the error "There is a problem with the active level sensor". Also, when I try to do a print, it does the same thing. I can not go back into the program and I have to fully shut off the printer at the back to restart it. Help! Thank you in advance.
