  1. Hi, is it possible to set in the supportmatierial to a certain height? Sometimes I just need support on the first centimeters but aftward it is not necessary. Beste regards, Sascha.
  2. Hi, thank for the fast answer. Yes you are right, in the view of cura everthingy looks correct. It is only at the printing progress. The funniest thin gon it ist that the offset ist exactly the distance between the nozzles. It happens everytime expect when I do the calibration. The ultimaker load both materials and set it in the right way. So I gues it is a Problem in cura. I never tried an other Material. But it seems to me that won't be the Problem. Maybe I set in the wrong buttons. I don't know.
  3. Hey Guys, We bought an ultimaker 3 extended. We are really happy about that but unfortunatly we've got a Problem with the supportmaterial. The followiwng link shows you the Problem https://photos.app.goo.gl/1bl44YQgoVotooCu1 Our supportmaterial is exactly shifted by the same amount like distance between the nozzels (I think 18mm). So we tried a lot in the setting of the software to get an solution. I guess the Problem is a softwareproblem (maybe the settings of us?), the reason therefore is we have done the calibration and in the grid we don't have any offset. Can anybody help me? Best regards, Sascha.
