First of all thank you for your answer! Yes, I´m using the autolevelling function right before every print. Luckily i have a metal feeler so that i can try your suggestion. How do you raise the build plate to 0? I tried diretclty at the printer: System > Build plate > Raise. The build plate is raised but about 2 mm under the nozzle.

Hey, momentan arbeite ich mit dem Ultimaker 3 und Cura 2.7.0. Ich versuche dünne Filme (0,1 mm) aus PVA zu drucken (original Ultimaker filament). Ich habe 10 Filme gleichzeitig an verschiedenen Stellen auf dem Druckbett platziert und gedruckt. Dabei habe ich beobachtet, dass die Dicke der Filme von 0,02 mm bis 0,2 mm variieren. Nur der Film genau in der Mitte hat die gewünschte Dicke von 0,1 mm. ich habe die Platte daraufhin erneut kalibriert (manuell per Hand und mit der Software). Dies hat jedoch nichts an der unterschiedlichen Dicke der Filme geändert. Hat jemand eine Idee, was das Problem sein könnte? Danke!! :-) Liebe Grüße, Laura

Hey everyone, at the moment I´m working with the Ultimaker 3 and Cura 2.7.0. I´m trying to print thin films (0,1 mm) with PVA (original Ultimaker filament). As i printed 10 films simultaneously i recognized that all the films have a different thickness. It varies from 0,02 mm to 0,2 mm. Only the film right in the middle of the plate has the right thickness (0,1 mm). I already calibrated the plate. Does anybody have an idea what the problem could be? Thank you!! :-) Greetings, Laura
