Tried uninstalling and re-installing the software, nothing changed.

After loading Cura 3.5 I noticed that in the custom settings profile section I only have the option to select the Fast (.2mm) setting. I have no other options from which to chose.

Thank you Dim3, that is pretty much what Tech Support said. The settings default for the Tough PLA are roughly 10 degC more than the regular PLA settings. Will give it a try and let you know how it turns out.

I need to use Ultimaker Tough PLA in my Ultimaker 2+ Extended. Should I just use the pre-sets listed for the Ultimaker 3 or does anyone have settings specific to the Ultimaker 2+?

i would really like to be able to monitor the prints as i am working, but as the memory gets used up by Cura the computer slows way down.

Missing profiles
in UltiMaker Cura

Problem Solved.
It was a network connected printer UM3E. Custom as in you can either select Recommended or Custom. Settings are irrelevant. There was only 1 choice (.2mm-Fast) to select at the top when you open up the profile drop down. In any event I fixed the problem. I removed my UM3E in the Manage Printers window and reloaded the printer and re-connected. All of the various choices came back, ie., Fine, Normal, and Fast. Thank You for responding hutch.
