Hi I´m a student from mexico and i´m trying to make a .stl model from an ultrasound but I cant figure it out anyone have some expirence converting an 3d ultrasound to a 3d model. from what a have reserched it have it have something to do with the cartesian plane of the ultrasound but i the only thing i found please help
