I have solved the problem after looking in the event viewer I found the faulty dll. It was part of the intel graphics driver after reinstalling the driver the problem was fixed

Everytime I try to start the software after "loading machines" it changes to "loading interface", at that moment it crashes. I have tried uninstalling with revo uninstaller and reinstalling. I've tried the different Cura versions 3.0.4 , 2.7 , 2.6.2. It keeps crashing in all versions.
