  1. It wasn't letting me embed the images, I tried again and it seems to work now. The different heights of the print heads was one of the reasons I went with this printer. I just thought that would be more while it was running and the heads would sit normally at the same height. Currently it looks like print head 1 can never get as low as print head 2. Just wanted to see if the tapered parts that they sit in are meant to be different or do I need to send the printer back.
  2. It was printcore 1 that stopped, I wasn't printing with the PVA. But I also pulled out the filament and it looked pretty munched at the feeding point so I think maybe it just got caught on the spool holder or somewhere. I did a manual leveling and that's when I started getting this error and when I noticed the difference of where the print cores sit I thought I should check if it wasn't a problem with the printer itself. I was aware that there was a difference between the AA and BB cores, but didn't think to swap them over. I will do that when I get home from work
  3. Hi, I got my Ultimaker 3 yesterday but have had a few problems so far. The first print stopped feeding part way through and now I am getting an error saying something along the lines of the height difference between the print cores is not realistic. I've had a look into it and apparently that means the autoleveling is failing. However I also noticed the print cores sit at two different heights, even just after installing them. Is this normal? Print Core Heights I also noticed that the tapered hole that the print core drops through is more tapered in print head 2 than print head 1. This seems like the sort of thing that should be the same on both. Print Head 1 Print Head 2
