Hello everyone,

I am new to the 3D printing. I have a component to print which i designed and exported from Solidworks. This is a simple plud which requires a support material to print out that shape. I am using one of our  printer which is ultimaker 3+ with two nozzles.

The issue I have is an additional model/square block appearing in the corner of the printing table. This item is not part of my design, it is adding a waste material and printing time. 

Please could someone let me know how can I get rid of that model?

I checked STL model in solidoworks and I cannot see this square block at all. I have tried different stl setting with different quality but also didn't help.
