My school has recently purchased an ultimaker 3 and I am mostly in charge of it, and recently it has been displaying incorrect temp readings for the build plate. Even though the build plate is cool to the touch and not on, it says it is at 150C/0C. This is a problem because when I try to print, the temperature gets added to the 150 and tells the printer it is at max temp, it then stops printing. I have tried everything from updating software, factory resets, and temp calibration.
