[Extruder start gcode deleted]

I figured out how to see the code. Click on the start gcode box and it appears. The end code box does not have a issue.

I am using cura to control a Creality CR10s4 and have used a Creality CRX profile for the dual head capability. I have designed a dual extruder system for the machine with a nozzle cleaning brush. I wrote custom extruder start gcode to switch tools and clean the nozzle before proceeding. I saved the project and tested. It did not behave exactly like I wanted so when I went back to modify the start code it is now blank. The start gcode for both extruders has been deleted. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Your so right. That made for a very weak part.I tried 0 infill and 100mm walls. The machine is jumping all around. Strings and globs now. I thought this part would be easy!

I found in simulation that the opposite produced less travels. 100% infill and 0mm wall thickness.

Hello All,

 

I am printing a gasket. Cross section looks like a right triangle. Is there a setting to make the printer lay down a continuous layer. It wants to jump all around leaving less than perfect layers where it starts/stops. I am using Cura and a CR10S4.
