A usable workaround:
Use Mesa-drivers for opengl instead of system drivers:
Download the latest version (x86 or x64 matching your cura build) from http://download.qt.io/development_releases/prebuilt/llvmpipe/windows/?C=M;O=D
Extract the *.7z (for example with 7zip)
Rename the opengl32sw.dll to opengl32.dll
Copy the opengl32.dll to your cura-folder
Run cura: No more blank windows ;D
DisplayLink drivers in combination with intel drivers seem to often cause issues with white/blank windows ;D
