  1. You don't mention what you have set for 'retraction extra prime amount' you could be loosing nozzle pressure during travel moves. Also make sure coasting is disabled.
  2. It could be a slight over extrusion and the nozzle is dragging the adjacent line. Try reducing flow to 80%.
  3. You will need to attach the stl or even better a cura project file
  4. Your setting are all listed at the end of the G-code
  5. Make sure the initial layer height is also set to 0.1 or lower
  6. In cura printer settings, make sure 'origin at centre' is not checked.
  7. Can you post a project file to aid diagnosis. Place model in cura ready to slice then goto file/save as project and post the .3mf file.
  8. lust a heads up. version 5.2.1 does not add that part.
  9. Yes when i tried, it was one gear at a time which seemed fine.
  10. Does the problem show in the preview after slicing in cura ?
  11. Selecting wall ordering 'outside to inside' might solve the problem.
  12. Had another look and it seems the model is not quite laying flat on the buildplate. click on the model and open the rotate screen, in there is the option to lay flat. But printing it that way up will probably need support.
  13. Flip it over and print it face down, looks a lot better.
  14. Please post a cura project file (file/save project) this way we can see your machines start code.
  15. There is a setting in 'mesh fixes' called 'remove empty first layers' try de-selecting that.
  16. They are travel moves shown by cura, you can turn the option off in the 'colour scheme' menu
  17. Using a 0.2 nozzle and a 0.2 line width seems to give good results. Or just setting 0.2 line width might work ok,ish
  18. Worked ok with Cura 5.2.1 file attached PI3_2015_dodge_challenger_rt_fixed.stl
  19. What version of cura are you using ? Ver 5.2.1 slices your project file just fine, all holes supported.
  20. Just sink the model into the bed upto the desired height and then slice the part that is above the bed.
  21. try it with 'retract before outer wall' unticked.
  22. What firmware does your machine run ?
  23. Click the 3 lines on the right of the search setting box and select 'all'
