How do I change this setting?

I'm having some issues with how Cura handles bridging while printing the 3DBenchy model. When printing the top of the cabin, the print head just starts in the middle of open space and spirals outwards instead of bridging across the top of the cabin, making it so the top of the model basically can't print. Is there any way I can fix this?
