One of the Moderators said the same thing on another thread. I was just getting back here to pass it along, going to give it a try. With the help on here I have an answer I have spent days trying to find. thank you all.

I just joined forum to ask this same question. I'm fairly new at 3D printing, but I know how to use Google. I can't find an answer anywhere as of yet.

In the change log for Cura 3.4 it said it could do inside circles last. I can not find how to make this work. That would take care of the problem.
