I am trying to print a part that i want to be solid fill, do i do this by altering the infill density? I have an ultimaker 3.1

can i still clean the print nozzle even when the material is still in the tube?

When printing I noticed that the extruder one was not printing the material, I tried to calibrate the print head to make sure that it wasnt just that specfic print job. I also tried to change the material but the material would not reverse from the nozzle for me to change it. I have a Ultimaker 3, can anyone help?
