I've updated the firmware over the air as instructed - first with a "stepping stone" version and then to 5.2. After the update the printer appears to have an issue where after about 3-5 minutes the screen gets bugged and the printing doesn't work. I've attached a picture of what the screen looks like. We've tried to start the printing and as soon as the screen goes into this mode the printer just freezes. I've tried to re-install the firmware from USB but I get the same issue. Any clue how to fix this? Can I downgrade to a lower, more stable firmware version?

Hi All, I have an issue with my brand new Ultimaker 3, specifically with setting up the wifi connection. I have so far tried with 3 different networks, two local at work and cellular over a mobile hotspot. The printer was able to only connect to one of the local office networks, but sadly I cannot actually use it for internal reasons. Is there any way to troubleshoot why UM3 is failing to connect to my other networks? Are there any requirements that I have to enable through the router? The only error I get is that the connection attempt failed. Thank you!
