I'm using cura 4.0 and this problem persists. I'm was printing a part with tiny supports and needed to add a support brim. I also print a skirt to prime the extruder. Cura prints first the support brim and with the extruder not primed the initial brim lines will not print. The solution, and expected behavior, wold be to print the skirt first.
